On the 2, of December 2025, PAVE Europe represented the AUTOSUP project at the final event of the MODI project. Nicola Hare (PAVE Europe) moderated the closing panel on the Future of Logistics with Aria Etemad (Volkswagen Group), Fernando Liesa (ALICE, Alliance for Logistics Innovation through collaboration in Europe (ETP LOGISTICS), Mats Rosenquist (Volvo Group), and Hermann D. Grünfeld (Hamburg Port Authority).
The panel explored how Europe is moving from pilots to real-world deployment, why scaling matters, and what it will take to build an automated freight ecosystem that is safe, interoperable and sustainable.
